Luke Shelton
Outside Sales Representative
Luke is a native of Central Arkansas only leaving for a short stint to earn an Industrial Engineering degree from The University of Arkansas. After starting his career as a Process Engineer in Manufacturing, Luke spent the next nine years as a Supply Chain Specialist in Arkansas’s Oil & Gas Industry. Luke was fortunate to meet John and Suzanne and find a perfect “fit” for his experience and knowledge at Jaco Sales. Luke purchased the company in 2017. He is committed to continuing the legacy of honesty, integrity and hard work that started many years before his arrival.
John Jaco
Outside Sales Representative
John is the former owner of Jaco Sales and is a veteran in the HVAC industry of over forty years. John is well known in the Arkansas engineering and contractor communities as an expert on hydronic pumping and heating and can regularly be found on the phone explaining pump curves. John earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1978 and began working for his father at Jaco Sales upon graduating.
Dave Rachow
Field Service Manager – Fire Protection
Dave is an expert on fire protection pumping systems and controls. Dave began his career in the Navy. He was stationed all over the world, but spent most of his time on the east coast working on boilers and pumps for the Navy’s vessels. After retiring from the Navy in 1995 he worked for a Centrifugal Pump manufacturer. He joined Jaco Sales in 2000 as our Field Service Manager. He travels throughout the state and surrounding area performing annual fire pump tests, maintenance and sales.
Denise Biggs
Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager
Denise joined the Jaco Sales Team in 2017. She brings over twenty years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing and oil and gas industries. Through her experience she gained extensive knowledge in logistics and customer service.
Jonathan Cline
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Jonathan handles the accounts payable and accounts receivable at Jaco Sales. He has been a member of Jaco Sales since 2006.
Meredith Shelton
Chief Financial Officer
With a background in Public Accounting and Corporate Tax Consulting, Meredith brings a lot of Big Corporation experience to our Small Business.
Chris Woodbury
Service Manager – Mechanical & Plumbing
Chris may be new to Jaco Sales, but he is no stranger to boilers. Joining us in 2019, Chris brings over 15 years of experience in boiler service and is a third generation of Woodburys sharing a name synonymous with boiler expertise in the Arkansas HVAC industry
